| Kitchen Walls | Ceramic tiles above counters and behind fridge and stove - other walls painted. |
| Kitchen Cupboards | Doors - moulded M.D.F. with point finish. Counter tops - solid surface units with internal sinks. |
| Ceilings | Ceilings below top floors will be finished with 3mm stucco trowelled finish and a pickled crown moulding. Top floors will consist of exposed T&G boarding on 3 x 6" rafters all pickled. |
| Bathrooms | Floors and walls will be ceramic tiles (Upgrade option of marble floor and wall tiles. Vanites will be solid surface with formed wash basin with cupboards under and copperbacked mirrors above all vanities. |
| Solar Hot Water | Solar hot water to all kitchens and bathrooms. |
| Doors | All interior doors shall be solid core timber panel doors painted. Main entrance doors shall be solid core painted. Patio doors shall be glazed timber French doors painted. |
